One of the great dessert wines of the world. 15 years of bottle age in the winery's cellar has done this wine wonders. This '3-star' version is named so as it was the absolute best from that year's harvest. Explosive aromatic of tropical fruit, honeyed herbs, ripe stone fruit, lime zest and much, much more. A prime example of why the Mosel region of Germany is so highly regarded for the aging potential of its wines. This is dense yet with amazing acidity to keep it extremely balanced. It's arguably closer to a Beerenauslese than to an Auslese in its profile.

Will pair beautifully with all desserts and all cheese. 

Made by Jan Klein, the latest generation at the helm on this historical estate which has been in the family since 1805, but operating as a winery since 862...!
