The sort of wine you can drink all day. Made from Muller Thurgau with partial skin contact, it has an explosive aromatic profile, is soft but crisp at the same time, and just ridiculously drinkable. A gentle spritz leads to an energetic and almost tropical profile on the palate. An all-weather joy that will work wonders with most foods or on its own. 

Made by Jan Klein, the latest generation at the helm on this historical estate which has been in the family since 1805, but operating as a winery since 862...! Jan started to produce a special range of wines with no added sulphites in 2014, a range that has now expanded to nearly ten singular wines.
