Nuvo Nivo x Vintersol Spirits - Spirit Level

This range marks an exciting chapter of Modal's history. The name, which is french for 'new level' signifies us moving into a new phase and into the production of our own range of wines that exemplify our farming and winemaking values while helping to address some of the issues faced by the industry.

This is the first Spirit in the range, and may be the world’s very first orange wine Eau de Vie - distilled from a troublesome batch of wine that was otherwise destined for destruction.  In the hands of Sasha at Vintersol Spirits in London, this has been transformed into a digestif par excellence.

All profits from this will go back to the original winegrower, to help them recoup their losses.
