Nuvo Nivo - Côte du Rhône Rouge

(Côte du Rhône, France) 

A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mouvedre. This wine marks an exciting chapter of Modal's history. The name, which is french for 'new level' signifies us moving into a new phase and into the production of our own range of wines that exemplify our farming and winemaking values while helping to address some of the issues faced by the industry.

This inaugural wine has been made in conjunction with our iconic producer Elodie Jaume, utilising some of her beautifully grown biodynamic grapes that would otherwise have gone to waste or been sold for considerably below it's value.
