A stunning sparkling wine that is likely to stay in your memory for a long time to come. 50% Chardonnay + 50% Pinot Blanc from very rocky soils in Austria's Kamptal region. The wine is aged in barrel for one year before being re-fermented in bottle and aged on its lees (yeasts) for two years prior to disgorging (removing the dead yeasts and sediment as per the Champagne method). It is opulent but tense, rich but so fresh, complex and intellectual yet so easy to drink. Perfect for special occasions or not, this is serious wine that is immediate and immensely satisfying.

A beautiful Blanc des Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the rocky soils of the Côtes de Bar. A classy, opulent, textured, and fruit driven Champagne which is perfect when you need that extra touch of luxury. Vinified in a mix of stainless steel and old barrel before being aged 30 months on the lees. This delivers an incredible balance and finesse, with plenty of developed flavour and extremely fine bubbles alongside a spellbinding clarity and directness to the fruit. (Penedes, Spain) Entre Vinyes - Gran Funambul Brut Nature 2016
A textured and complex dry Cava made from very old vineyards in the protected park of Foix, Penedes. The wine spends over four years on its yeasts in the bottle, but still has a 'transparency' to it. The fruit is very much there, it's floral and bright alongside bready notes, and is remarkably elegant. Opulent but fresh at 11.5% abv
