A stunning sparkling wine that is likely to stay in your memory for a long time to come. A blend of the familiar Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with local additions of Mondeuse and Jaquère from very rocky soils in France's mountainous Bugey region. The wine is aged in steel for 5 months before being re-fermented in bottle and aged on its lees (yeasts) for 18 months prior to disgorging (removing the dead yeasts and sediment as per the Champagne method). A gorgeous alternative to the more typical French fizz, with all the opulence and an added dimension of Alpine freshness. Glorious.

Vinified in a mix of stainless steel and old barrel before being aged 30 months on the lees. This delivers an incredible balance and finesse, with plenty of developed flavour and extremely fine bubbles alongside a spellbinding clarity and directness to the fruit. A stunning sparkling wine that is likely to stay in your memory. 50% Chardonnay + 50% Pinot Blanc from very rocky soils in Austria's Kamptal region. The wine is aged in barrel for one year before being re-fermented in bottle and aged on its lees (yeasts) for two years prior to disgorging (removing the dead yeasts and sediment as per the Champagne method). It is opulent but tense, rich but so fresh, complex and intellectual yet so easy to drink. Perfect for special occasions or not, this is serious wine that is immediate and immensely satisfying.
