Wonderful and great value rosé from Mâcon in Burgundy. This is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay that was direct pressed and aged in steel tanks. Lovely pale pink colour, soft texture, fine fruit, and a mineral finish. A serious rosé and the ideal format for a dinner party, or to be able to drink from gradually over the course of a month or two. Fits in all fridges. Equivalent to £12.50 / 75cl bottle.

Made by Peter Gierszewki, a first generation Burgundian of Polish parents who started this small 4.5 ha estate in 2009 with a view to push the limits of natural farming in his parcels, an ethos he also brings into the cellar. Beautiful naturally made Burgundy wines but with a very strong sense of belonging.
