The trademark Grüner Veltliner from the Schödl siblings. This blend of a few plots sees various vinification methods and aging in many different vessels to showcase a rounded view of the potential of this grape in their region. It is textured, tense, enticingly aromatic and serious all at once. 

Made by the Schödl siblings Viktoria, Mathias and Leonhard, who took over a family estate, converted it to biodynamics, changed the style completely and are now one of very few producers rewriting the story of the Weinviertel with world class wines.
