Folias de Baco - Alvarinho 2023

This Alvarinho comes from vineyards at around 600-700m of altitude, giving it an impressive backbone of freshness. It is precise and mineral, typical of the grape yet super pure and honest. A wine with plenty of lime zest and stone fruit, and the perfect pairing for seafood dishes, amongst many others. 

Made by Tiago Sampaio, a grower who took over his Grandparents' vineyards and 2007 and has progressively become one of Portugal's most sought after natural wine producers.
