A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chardonnay, and the local grape 5% Menu Pineau, hand-harvested from organically farmed vines. This is a super fresh and energetic wine, with a distinct acidity while maintaining a beautiful textural quality and lush mouthfeel, ending with a lovely clean finish.

Produced by father and son team Simon and Philippe Tessier, continuing the work of Roger Tessier, who founded Domaine Tessier in 1961. Located in a 'golden triangle' in the middle of three distinct massifs - Sologne, Cheverny and Chambord - which creates a beneficial microclimate for the Tessier vines, the estate spans 23 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. The Domaine produces sincere, soulful and wines which are some of the most impressive low-intervention wines of the region.
