A delicious and balanced blend of local grapes Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Gros Manseng. Very accessible, a fantastic every day white that shines with herbal edges, stone fruit, and a nice mineral edge.
Made by Michel Maestrojuan, a third generous farmer in the Côtes de Gascogne in Southwest France. A champion of biodiversity, he farms various crops alongside vines, and the entirety of the estate is certified biodynamic.
