The estate's Bourgogne Blanc always punches above its weight - this unoaked Chardonnay is lean yet complex, with an aromatic and enticing nose leading to a fresh, finessed, and layered palate. The trademark is the salinity they obtain on all their whites.

Sophie and David of Clos Sauvage have been making wine in a beautiful corner of their region at 450m of altitude on the exact border between Burgundy and Beaujolais since 2018. Their aim from the start has been to create an autonomous farm where vines are grown alongside many other products, where cows and horses roam on adjacent pastures, where bees are kept, and where farmstays are possible.
