One of those dessert wines that will make the world around you pause the minute you stick your nose in the glass. 15 years of bottle age in the winery's cellar has done this wine wonders. Explosive aromatic of honey, nectarine, citrus zest, ripe peaches... the list goes on. A prime example of why the Mosel region of Germany is so highly regarded for the aging potential of its wines. This wine is not overly sweet and it has a potent acidity that keeps it ultra fresh and very drinkable. From grey slate soils, the mineral backbone is very much present here. An absolute stunner. 

Will pair beautifully with all desserts and all cheese. 

Made by Jan Klein, the latest generation at the helm on this historical estate which has been in the family since 1805, but operating as a winery since 862...!
