100% Pinot Meunier from the Valée de la Marne, vinified without any added sulphites at any stage.  The result is a phenomenally balanced and poised wine, expressing the gamut of orchard fruits from fresh green apples to ripe pears and stewed quince.  Clear, defined fruit profile, with a soft-textured elegance, and gorgeously fine mousse. 

Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction.  Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes.  Working across three sub-zones of Champagne, the result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.
