100% Chardonnay from the 2016 harvest.   Clean and balanced, with a subtle creaminess, this is a refreshing and endlessly drinkable Blanc de Blanc, which combines a mineral linearity with a soft, textured persistence on the palate.  Think lemon tart with the perfect balance of zing and buttery softness.  

Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction.  Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes.  Working across three sub-zones of Champagne, the result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.
