(Douro, Portugal) Folias de Baco - Moscatel Galego 2022

A wonderfully aromatic white that is lean and crisp. Made from the Muscat variety, it is very perfumed yet quite restrained compared to more common examples. The palate is a citrus and grapefruit burst with a zesty and mineral finish. Made by Tiago Sampaio, a grower who took over his Grandparents' vineyards and 2007 and has progressively become one of Portugal's most sought after natural wine producers. 

(Burgenland, Austria) Joiseph - Mischkultur 2021 

A field-blend of 6 varieties, meaning that they are all grown together in the same vineyard, harvested together, and vinified together. With a touch of skin contact this wine is fresh and highly drinkable but also has just enough texture, a lovely aromatic profile, and is very immediate.

 (Dão, portugal) Casa de Mouraz - Vinho Verde 2021

A special expression of Vinho Verde. Made from a single vineyard blended with Avesso, Loureiro and Arinto, this is a serious and precise example of what this region can produce. The wine is tense yet beautifully textural, with notes of lime and stone fruits and a long mineral finish.
