A wonderfully drinkable orange Macabeo from very old vineyards in the Foix natural park. These low-yielding vines produce concentrated grapes that lead to a lovely complexity and expressive nature in the finished product. The grapes go through 14 days of skin contact during fermentation. The maceration gives it a lovely aromatic depth and beautiful texture. A soft and intriguing light orange wine with a great balance of fresh fruit and minerality. Aged in buried amphoras for 9 months. 

Made by Maria & Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today
