The very first release from Elodie Jaume's own estate, this Côtes-du-Rhône is incredibly singular yet precise and incredibly balanced. Blend of Grenache and Carignan, aged in concrete and bottled with no sulphite additions. Bursting with red and black fruits, and the sort of aromatic profile that keeps drawing you to the glass. Structured yet fresh, this medium bodied wine is a must try. 

Made by Elodie Jaume, a young winemakers who for the past 8 years has made all the wines for her family's estate Domaine des Chanssaud, though as of 2023 has converted the entirety of the estate to 'Domaine Elodie Jaume' to solidify her own ideas and her own style.
