100% Pinot Noir from the Valée de la Marne is made with minimal intervention to create a rich, opulent, and seductive wine that is heady with aromas of tarte tatin, which carry over to the palate with a long, spicy finish.  Luxurious, indulgent, and completely satisfying.  

Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction.  Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes.  Working across three sub-zones of Champagne, the result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.
