100% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, this supple Blanc de Noirs is generous with orchard fruit and ripe citrus.  The palate is textured yet precise, finishing with a stony minerality and impressive salinity.  Focused, fruit-forward, and finessed.  

Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction.  Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes.  Working across three sub-zones of Champagne, the result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.
