100% Sauvignon Blanc. A Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc unlike any other. Building on the familiar flavours of passionfruit, ripe citrus and stone fruit, it follows through with a deeply moreish savoury, almost herbal, minerality. A touch of skin contact during the wine-making process gives this a robust weight and texture that balances against it’s sunny brightness. Familiarity veiled in wonderment.

After spending a decade making wines in some of France’s most innovative cellars and wineries, Simon and Lauren decided to return to New Zealand to make wine under their own label, A Thousand Gods. Working closely with biodynamic vineyards, utilising thoughtful winemaking techniques and always with no additions whatsoever, they create wines that are deeply representative of site, but surprisingly unique and innovative.
